Preparation and Characterization of Citrus Aurantifolia Lime Oils Microcapsules by Complex Coacervation Technique

نویسندگان

چکیده

The Lime oil of Citrus aurantifolia was microencapsulated by coacervation technique employing gelatine and alginates as the shells, calcium chloride cross linker. Optimization core/shell ratio, speed temperature stirring carried out. Structure shape microcapsules were characterized particle size analyzer (PSA) scanning electron microscope (SEM) respectively. properties such as, yield, distribution, content, load, encapsulation efficiency also determined. Upon condition ratio 0.49, at 600 rpm 35 C respectively, LOs with improved performance achieved 46% content 78%.

Preparation and Characterization of Microcapsules Encapsulating Octyl Methoxycinnamate by Complex Coacervation

The aim of this study was to entrap the lipophilic ultraviolet absorber, octyl methoxycinnamate in microcapsuels to enhance its application. A complex coacervation method was established. Through the appearance of encapsulated glass beads prepared with different wall materials, gelatin and sodium polyphosphate were selected as wall materials because of dense structure and less adhesion. The eff...

Biological Effects of Weak Electromagnetic Field on Healthy and Infected Lime (Citrus aurantifolia) Trees with Phytoplasma

Exposure to electromagnetic fields (EMF) has become an issue of concern for a great many people and is an active area of research. Phytoplasmas, also known as mycoplasma-like organisms, are wall-less prokaryotes that are pathogens of many plant species throughout the world. Effects of electromagnetic fields on the changes of lipid peroxidation, content of H(2)O(2), proline, protein, and carbohy...
